Noted, thank you! So just to clarify -- we can only start working on it from Nov. 13th?

Does the "no submitting previous games" requirement mean that we can only submit games that have been made since November 13th? Or does it just mean we can only submit games starting then?
Sorry -- this is my first game jam, so I just wanted to clarify if we can't submit games that we started working on today or tomorrow, as an example.
