That was a fun journey into your psyche, the story was definitely the highlight. I liked how the abilities culminated at the end to kill death, though I was hoping for some more phases for each boss. Awesome job though, I'm excited to see more. The character's movement animation was super smooth looking by the way. Thanks for making it :)

I love these types of games, and I think you did a wonderful job at a fresh take on the genre. I had to eventually stop after spending 30 minutes just collecting honey so I could start playing other people's games! I loved the small details in the movement especially, the lil worker bees slowly deccelerating towards the honey, the trail following the queen, oh and the cells being highlighted when over them was a spicy bit of visual feedback. I guess my biggest criticism would be the speed multiplier, which made me feel motion sick when it got too fast - though I'm pretty sensitive to that stuff.

Thanks for making it, I'm going to go back and collect some more honey :)

Ah thanks man, I really appreciate that. I wish I could take credit for the art, but apart from the basic sprites (player and walls), it was all procedurally generated by my man deep-fold who's also on itch (https://deep-fold.itch.io/). Check out their games stuff too! It's awesome work.

And thanks for the feedback about the UI, I was unsure of it's bare bones-ness, I'll be sure to spend more than 3 minutes on it next time lol. I'm glad you liked the 1 minute time, cause it used to be 3 minutes but it dragged a bit and I didn't have enough time to add more content so I'm happy it worked out in the end! About the difficulty, in hindsight I should have slowly increased the asteroid spawn rate, or add an option for reduced rates in the main menu.

Thanks again for your review! I'm just happy to be here and making games honestly.

I'm getting Roald Dahl vibes from the art which I'm not complaining about! I got surprisingly invested in that man's life, I was excited to see some more decisions. The dice animations were fantastic by the way, how it folded itself together was oh so satisfying. Awesome work guys :)

Pretty art and lighting :)

I was a bit confused on what was happening, the rolls didn't actually cause anything to happen except for the occasional monster. Balancing the dice around the arena was pretty fun though

Thanks for checking it out. I probably should have fixed that before publishing, but I'm not really sure how to anyway. I'll try to fix that for whenever my next entry is :p

I enjoyed it a lot until I got a god roll and was pretty much invincible (two shots to kill). Really fun, would be great as a quick little game on a phone

Awesome! It felt so cool to get the puzzle with 1 second till lockdown, you guys really nailed the sweet spot for difficulty

I felt like a god by the end, poking baddies to their death. I love the punishment system after each level, really creative imo

Forgot to set it to publish.. oops. I do want it judged, but to anyone who is gonna play it, it's not very good. This was purely just for me to have fun and while I did, it is a complete mess lol. Left mouse to shoot, right mouse to spawn snakes
