I can't seem to find the video, but I was watching a couple different youtubers who were using a different house/shop and had a much nicer set up and such.

I see that in the latest update the "open house" has been outfitted more with blacksmith shop items. But the sign says "Not For Sale" is there something specific I must do to "get" the house, or is it not currently implemented in the current update? I've seen some youtube videos almost a year old where they already have this shop.

Do I have to redownload the game every time an update is released?

I'm having an issue with my cursor, I can't highlight/click anything on the menu without my cursor being roughly an inch or so lower than the intended selection. I've also noticed that it does make a difference in-game as well, but in reverse, meaning I have to look a little bit higher than the intended item to click on... I can't even properly navigate through the graphic options to better set the game for my new monitor.
