I'm sorry, I meant "interact". Since I had no time to play the build (I'm not the coder for the game, I wrote music and most of the script) I thought it was clicking, ahah.

We had no time to recode some of the unintuitive gameplay elements - basically you gotta click the picture there and read the text that appears. And to save you some trouble figuring it out later - at the last level you are actually supposed to guard the HI button so instead of avoiding the phrases you have to catch them now. Thank you for checking out our game! We, unfortunately, ran out of time and had some content and quality of life changes ready but just had no time to add them and playtest. I hope we'll be able to shape the game to our original vision in the nearest future and update it!
I really loved the characters, art and overall atmosphere in this game! It's amazing how well written interactions between characters in a situation of emergency can make you so invested into what's happening. Was very immersive to me! Definitely my favorite among the jam games I've tried so far.
Also, it isn't really a big deal but there are some typos here and there and the street becomes clean after you see it covered in mold. You're probably aware of that and are already working on fixing it though, haha.
The concept is great and the execution is really good! In other words, I loved your story and how you presented it. You managed to keep the pacing well. Different aspects of the game compliment each other, really creating a tangible atmosphere. The only thing that I didn't like was the same sound effect repeating for the other character's speech. It got pretty distracting quickly and I'd prefer it if the sound was varied, shorter or just very quiet by default (not sure which would be a better choice). Other than that - solid story told well!
