FIX: Uninstalling the app via CleanMyMac X worked and the folder has now appeared. I'm not sure why or how but I thought I'd update just incase others had this issue.
I do apologise if this is a stupid question. Is there anyway to move around the screen or resize the program at all? It's so small on my screen I'm struggling to read the instructions.
