Some months ago I asked itchio to change my project: Deathroned (https://elotroadri.itch.io/deathroned), to a new profile (https://nucleartoaster.itch.io/) we made for the studio that is deveoping it right now.
The problem is that I sent the email they told me so, and nothing change. I don't know if we did something wrong or missed any step.

Any of you has encounter this problem?

Sorry to hear that. There isn't a way to do it. Try to boost your performance and close other apps such the browser. Hope it helps enough.
