Inspired by Witch Jam and the tv show Motherland: Fort Salem, this is a TTRPG jam on  to create stuff to explore the concept of military witches in rpgs, both existing and new. Please join and/or help spread the word

Thanks for the reply. I operate therpgpipeline.com which posts all the new standalone ttrpgs as they come out. I posted about 2,400 new games last year and I'm looking to help users get their head around the new stuff in the year and point them towards the games that were more significant (this is a tough to measure but I was considering best sellers as the more people who own the game the more likely it is to get played as you typically need 3-6 players to play a ttrpg).

I've subscribed to the Physical Product Best Sellers RSS thinking I could track games as they're added but as far as I could tell all the games get added to that RSS so that the itch algo can then do its ranking.

Sales aren't the be-all and end-all, I'm just looking for some quantitative way to say 'Of the games released in 2019, look at these 10' for example.

Is there a way to find out what were the Top Selling games in a particular category during a specific time period (e.g. top sellers in 2019)?

I run a website (therpgpipeline.com) where I try to post every new tabletop rpg released (and a lot of them now come from itchio). I post via the rss feed in the tabletop category but there's only a little information in the feed about the game. It would be great if I could get the full blurb from the designer as well as the tags. Or if there was another way I could get and post this data. Thanks!

For those who like the idea of designing light, quick games to help folk get to know one another... (pirates optional)

Two of my friends have done a special episode of their podcast just for #WizJam2k19 They looked through some of the entries and picked out 6 that appealed to them most.

Thanks for the quick reply and the info. Thinking more broadly, one of the challenges as a buyer and player of ttrpgs is finding new games that suit my taste. An approach I'd like to see a big enough site use is for me to click on a game I already know I like and find out, say, that of the 100 others who like the game, 40 also like game x, 35 like game y and 28 like game z.

It would give me a little road map to explore new games that others with my taste have enjoyed as well.

I run the Indie RPG Pipeline for tabletop rpgs theindierpgpipeline.com where I try to list every new indie rpg when it's released (as there's no way currently to filter complete games from add-ons and accessories). When I find a new rpg however it's difficult to share it well as itch.io doesn't have an rss feed or another way I can easily share the cover and blurb to the pipeline blog. I've started using Collections instead to collect all new rpgs each month but it will be a pain to relist them manually on the pipeline at the end of the month. So some things that would help:

- create an rss feed so I can follow all new entries posted to physical games and reshare new rpg blurbs to the pipeline

- require game uploaders to mark if it's a complete game, supplement or something else and then allow users to filter on that

- allow users to export or reshare a complete collection as a list of links with blurbs.

I'd really like to be able to give ttrpgs on itch the same prominence as from other sources but it's just too labour intensive at present.
