Thanks! Yeah, the reticle (and the gameplay overall) definitely still need work. I feel improving the spatial perception of the reticle will also help, hopefully.

Thank you! And yes, I was thinking that the current control scheme lends itself to work on touchscreens, too. A visually dialed back version would likely work on mobile.

Thanks! I have been doing plenty of shader work as part of my day job in the past years :)

Thank you!

Thank you for the feedback! Besides expanding the core gameplay loop and exploring more interesting mechanics, I definitely plan on improving the controls, and conveying more clearly what the goal of the game is (as it is not communicated very clearly currently)

Thank you!

Thank you! Yeah, right now the goal is purely to last as long as possible before a particle escapes- but I would like to explore more interesting and interesting mechanics, like chain reactions and some actual winning conditions (which didn’t make it in for the submission deadline).

Again, thank you! Will make sure to check out your submission later as well.

Your question prompted me to add some instructions to the game page, hopefully those will help clarifying the concept :)

Hey, really appreciate  the feedback, glad you enjoyed the visuals! As for the controls- it’s not you, it’s on me 😀 To remove stray particles, you need to align the little spinning reticle with the trailhead, by using a combination of tumbling and zooming in and out... the controls definitely need massaging!
