Set dial to liberty, etc.
It is an apparition and only exists when looking from the after deck and then turns into the lady but still provides an explanation afterwards.
// From transcript
You can see a shimmering apparition here.
>look at apparition
The shimmering or apparition appears to be taking on the shape of a lady.
Out of the corner of your eye, you see something forming on a window.
>look at apparition
The shimmering apparition no longer exists. It has coalesced into a fully floating corporeral lady.

PS. You have to "look AT object" not "look object"
"examine object" also works.
Good deal. Even though there are only a few days left, you should post this on the Interactive Fiction Forum.
Thanks, fos1
I was able to download a REXX interpreter for Win11 to play Moon-House Technician. I found it ot be an enjoyable quest reminiscent of a 16 bit retro game. It is based on a menu system where an 11 year old ends up exploring the Moon. As the into suggests, it is best to leave the interpreter running and come back to the game as you find time.
I was also able to upload the game source to sdf.org and play the game on their system. This might be useful for players that don’t want to download and install an interpreter on their local machine.
After a while the game became mechanical. I still like the game and figured out a way to get to the end after being returned to the Earth a couple of times.
The retro based game is creative and a good play.
Hi Kanderwund,
The Classic / Freestyle selection problem must be a bug. :(
I will see about fixing that this morning.
I believe the bug is now fixed. Please edit your game submission to ensure it is listed in the proper category. You may have to delete and re-submit the game. Please let me know how it goes. (Thank you!)
You are correct the submitted games cannot be viewed until the judging period begins.
Thank you for letting me know about the bug. And thank you for your game submission!
