Some observations on current bugs.

After load I have had the same bug being overburdened as others have mentioned. Getting killed and "loot all"-ing my corpse returns my missing items, with duplicates and with a full stack of something like cloth, causing the overburdened condition.

After load I also note that my grit level returns to 1. The grit level returns to where it should be after some gameplay. I cannot directly identify what causes the grit to reset.

After load, Isabell spawns an extra Isabell. I have had her quest be dropped from my active quest log and I have also had it not drop.

After load I have seen my workbench's contents change. I can do a loot all and recover my missing items along with duplicates and items that had been in my players inventory. The same can be said about my furnace. After looting from both the bench and the furnace, I have had both despawn when not in my FOV.

After bearing a child, the esc menu is no longer active. In addition, the infant cannot be picked up, making it impossible to turn in "A Beastly Legacy"

Using the cheat menu I have accelerated exp gains to the point where the character had 9+ grit, wherein I reset exp gains. I have found that the result of many defeat sex incidents conclude with the player's death, despite having full grit points.

Bronze pants appear to be blue in color rather than leather brown or bronze.

The legs of the character, especially the right one, appears to bend inward in an awkward manner.

The sloped enwall pieces (Wall end 25 and 45) appear to be scaled at 50%. The also anchor to the middle of the wall segment and not the top of the wall segment.

At some point, it would be nice to have a roof peak end wall and roof peak roof segments. This would offer a nice symmetrical roof outline for buildings build with an odd number of walls. Currently a flat roof or a lean-to style slopped roof are the only available options.

One of the prompts that shows up upon gaining a level is the one that advises you to spend your level up points. I believe this is a leftover from the past level up system and the message no longer is required.

It would be nice if there was an explicate toggle to turn on/off the tutorial messages. They currently replay whenever a load is done and can become quite tiresome.

After loading I have had the light fairy head item be active on my character although I don't recall seeing it in the head item slot. I have also not seen that after a load.

Followers, be it a werewolf that has become a "friend" after being repeatedly "defeateded" or the wolf pup pet on the north side of the village, do not obey when told to stay. Once a follower is acquired it will follow your character until death.

The lake below the waterfall in the mountains does not trigger the swim animation.

Chests also appear to suffer the save/load duplication bug. I purposefully avoided looting the starter boxes/chest on the spawn beach until now. I found within them 5 duplicated sets of items in every chest. I do not know how many save/loads I have done with this current game, but 5 seems to be the right number. I do not think this occurs with player crafted chests.

Sexual acts, be it from a defeat or from a beast "pet" have alignment issues. The creature can move and rotate around the player, leaving the creatures penis thrusting in air and the player with a magically distended opening.

It is possible to speak to friendly males in the act of sex. The dialog tree appears to be fully open. This almost always makes the male move and become misaligned.

Attempting to exit the game while in the middle of gameplay often doesn't work. It is required to return to the title screen and select exit there to end the game.

Lactation visuals do not appear to be working as they did in the past. Even with the lactation visual option turned on, there is no visual indication of anything, even when matched with a text message explicitly stating that they should appear. *note* I have not removed the top clothing while receiving the text messages, so it could be game design to block the visuals while fully clothed.

I have experienced a black screen upon loading. I am in the world since I can hear wolves attacking the player, however, the screen is completely black with only the HUD showing.

A few things I've seen so far:

Sloped endwalls cannot be placed on top of other walls, even walls with ceilings. Rotating the thatched roof slopes (or anything else) doesn't seem to work, either.

The pet dog cannot climb upon floors, even ones were the floor is close to the ground. I suspect that wolves and other hostiles have the same issue.

The codex doesn't seem to be accessible.

Sex stats doesn't seem to be accessible. The keybind doesn't seem to work for it.

Exploration exp seems to be broken, with locations previously known granting newly discovered exp. This seems to be infinitely spamable, although to be fair I've only seen the message pop up repeatedly. I don't know if it's actually granting exp.

I rebind my movement keys to WERD (with S/F for up/down) as opposed to WASD. This is fine until I attempt to move the camera in a sex scene. It appears that there is a hard coded WASD routine that works alongside my WERD setup, yielding some odd camera movement.

Chopping trees and mining rocks can sometimes yield blood being splashed on the ground and on the PC. No damage to the player is indicated, however.

The rotate option during character creation is too sensitive. Any usage of shift-scroll can yield to a rapidly spinning character model.

There are npcs at camp bear. Masturbating leads to whoopie which can lead to pregnancy. The pregnancy is instantly completed and the "birth" yields no offspring.

The green characters that look like orcs and are labeled "character" can't impregnate the player character.

Doing the nasty in the dungeon teleports you to a largish blue platform with a rock/gravel tiled floor with one short wall segment upon it. Jumping off leads to a short fall, then a undead death and a locked/crashed game.

Lactation starts too early, imho. Perhaps delay it for the final 33% or 25% of the pregnancy. That way the milk begins somewhat closer to how it does in reality, and delaying it also makes the initiation of lactation a more memberable event and a signal that birth is about to happen.

The mage's quest for having sex with 5 werewolves never seems to count any sex act. Tried defeat and crafted companion sex, doesn't work. I also tried masturbate which wasn't counted either. Speaking of masturbate...

Masturbate is OP as f****. Start on the beach as a nekid lvl 1 character. Run past the mine and go up the mountain into the hard zones. Any humanoid hostile encountered can be charmed for a bit by... masturbating. Mr. 4 grit gorebelly doesn't care about your character only having 1 grit; he's getting some. The hyper difficult 5-grit drake guys? Run up to them and get rubbin'. Do that often enough and you'll have a drake pregnancy. And never any damage taken. Even if your late with the wank and you get hit and downed... pressing the masturbate key stops the hostile finishing the PC off in favor of getting some luvin'. Pure cheese.

I'm guessing here  since I'm unfamiliar with the itch backend.

It appears that you are missing app manifests as described here https://itch.io/docs/itch/integrating/manifest.html which appears to be related to the itch upload tool, butler, described here https://itch.io/docs/itch/integrating/quickstart.html

This may be a step you just forgot to do, since the previous version of The Fixer worked with the itch app. Or, of course, I could be completely off here.

No big deal, I suppose. Direct downloads will always work.

The itch.io app throws the "Cannot read property 'build' of undefined" error when attempting to install.

0.8.2 Bugs

Yo dog, I hear you're pregnant! How about I make your pregnant pregnant?

Having defeat sex while at the "press B to give birth" phase can result in the PC becoming pregnant pregnant. Up until the second pregnancy is at the "press B" phase you can press B to give birth, shortly followed by pressing B to give birth. Suggestion - Force a birth scene shortly after Press B first appears, ending combat and teleporting the PC to the shore if swimming. Further suggestion - Scene should have all grass cleared around it and be lighted. Clearing grass and lighting would also be helpful for normal defeat scenes.

PC hair is bleached white. 1070ti with epic preset. I suspect a shader is lightening the color.

Remapped key binds conflict when an animation scene (defeat, sex or birth) is active. It appears that the WASD key inputs are hard coded. I normally remap to WERD and I'm seeing conflicts.

Attempting to go first person when an animation scene is playing (comma or period) results in the camera being relocated yet the direction the camera points towards not. This results in what should be a camera pointed outwards from the face instead often being pointed inside the head.

I suggest stone axe, stone pickaxe and bronze spear are destroyed when broken, or they have an alternate repair method other than a repair kid. Forcing to spend iron on repairing a stone implement doesn't make sense.

I suggest adding a "destroy" and a "drop" option to the inventory screen.

Dead deer, bear and swine become undead after the PC walks away and returns to the corpses. They do not move and they run their idle animations.

Using building plans to place foundations does not allow the foundation to go low enough, imho. The snap fails when there is enough height to avoid major collisions.

Sleeping in the wild on top of a foundation causes creatures to spawn in partially buried in the floor, where they remain stuck. I now have a nightmare stuck in my basement.

Sloped roof walls do not appear to be placeable.

Was defeated by a troll, hit B to end the scene, instead gave birth and immediately fell through the world. Currently 10+km underground. Smells like an excuse to restart at some point.

Will there be an Alpha 0.9 before then?

You start with 1 grit. You need to be level 6 to get to two grit. The defeat system for werebears and werewolves requires 2 or more grit.

You can easily gain levels by taking the penises from the lighted buildings storage crate and using the magic crafting bench to convert them into summons items.

Just a fellow player here...

Lack of loot drops may be related to not installing WickedIsland0.8Alpha7Patch1.zip . Link above.

Friendly creature attacking seems to be a bug. Still very, very early access.

No male players are planed, afaik.

The "Enter Player Name" entity is almost certainly the bug others have encountered.

There is loot. Target the corpse and press E. The text that informs you that you can interact with items is in the color goldenrod or something similar. Not a particularly high contrast color.

Bug report, V.8 Alpha 7.1

Ogre pregnancy does not appear to yield offspring. The entire process works as normal until after the PC stands after childbirth, wherein there is no infant to collect. Occasionally the belly of the PC remains inflated until another impregnation begins. I believe this is ogre specific, but it could be something more subtle.

Ogre's weapon swings miss the PC most of the time.

Wilding (men, maybe women) become spaggettified when they engage in combat and are untargetable. They can be struck with the PC's initial attack and when they walk away after a defeat session. The issue may be related to their backpack.

Grit potions do not appear to work.

Being in combat with 2 or more mobs negates the defeat mechanic, as the mobs not engaging in the defeat system will continue to attack the PC.

Floors in the buildings in the abandoned village prohibit the placement of any item. This makes placing crafted chests or other similar items only possible outdoors.

Grinding to lvl 18 in order to have 4 grit takes quite a long time. I'd suggest boosting XP gains until other content is in the game.

A 1 grit defeat-enabled mob (such as an imp) might help with the confusion related to the defeat system.

Steel appears to be crafting in the smelter, it takes in iron bars and I believe charcoal, yet generates no output.

Lockpicks can break. This can make it impossible to open some locked chests. A craftable lockpick would be helpful.

Dyeing on top of the mountain, far from the spawn point, appears to unload the corpse of the PC, making recovering the corpses inventory impossible.

Pregnancy duration feels too short, even at 3x. It would be nice if the duration could be increased significantly, perhaps to a day or more.
