You don't need any launcher. You only need to extract the 7zip archive you receive after purchase. Inside that archive, you'll find a .exe file. Run it, preferably as an administrator, to avoid any issues with saving progress.

The problem with saves is that the Godot engine itself doesn't have a license, and it often happens that the .exe files created by Godot can be perceived as malicious software by the Windows OS, firewall, and antivirus programs.
