Yes and no. It stages the app, then asks if I want to install the app, and after I click the button to install the app, it says that there is no app downloaded.  Also, thank you for going out of your way to help!

I'm not able to open the game on my Moto Z.  It says the app wasn't installed, and that ghe phone couldn't parse the package.  Sorry if I seem like I'm spamming, but I feel as though this will reach you most easily.

I tried to download it on my Moto Z and it wouldn't work.  Said the app wasn't installed, and hat it couldn't parse the package.

Whenever I attempt to download ToA on my phone, an issue comes up saying that there was an issue parsing, and that I don't have the app installed, and I don't know why it does this. I'm on a Moto Z, powered by Android. I've already tried using a downloaded file browser and everything.
