Hi, if you see a white line on the black screen, that means the game is loading and you have to wait a little. If you don't see a white line, only a black screen, then click the "black screen fix version" link in the game description. Hopefully it will work.

Hi, does this happen to other items too, or just the hats? By reopen, you mean reopen the game or something else? Are there hats that you get to keep or do all of them disappear?

For everyone who lost their data, it might be not recoverable sadly, because the auto save happens in the local browser which is sometimes flushed by the website for unknown reasons. 

However, the game has a Save/Load feature in the settings menu, where you can manually save your current points and unlocked items on an online server, so you can always recover it in the future. I really urge everyone to use it!

Hi, to keep your points and items, make sure to always open this website in a browser app (Chrome/Safari/etc), not inside other apps.

In the customization menu, buy a song when you have enough coins, then equip it. It should be saying "equipped" next to the song.

If you want to randomize songs in game, click on the heart icons on the songs you want to play, then equip the random favorite option at the bottom.

I'm not sure what can be causing it. Have you tried to open it in another browser or device?

If you mean the scrolling speed is slow, you can drag the list with mouse.

Hi, auto save only works if you open it in a browser app (Chrome/Safari/etc). If it doesn't work, you can manually save in the settings menu, then you have to paste they key to load your saved data next time.

On Chrome: tap the three dots in the top right corner --> Add to Home screen

Safari: tap the square with an arrow icon at the bottom of the screen --> Add to Home screen

Something similar in other browsers.

Oh, 10-15 fps is super low. I also noticed the increased lag on mobile and not happy about it but I tried to optimize it as much as I could before the update release. I'm going to try other methods still to bring it back to normal levels. Is it only a problem on chrome-based browsers and mobile? Have you tried it on others? And can you tell your device type please? Some users have this problem but others not, so I'm trying to collect data on this.

Ty for the feedback! The performance is something I'll try to improve. With every new stuff added, the game is getting heavier. You could try how it plays in other browsers, Chrome for example can be slower than the rest.

Regarding the obstacle appearing problem, it's the first time I hear about it, can you try to observe when it happens, if it's conneted to something? Maybe it starts to happen later in a game when you've been playing for a while?

Hmm I'm not sure what the problem can be. Try if other things have sound on other web pages, turn up ingame sound settings, check if maybe you have application based volume controls. You could also try the black screen fix version of the game to see if it works there.

I may make more games in the future, but it'll be different for other groups, because this one is based on NewJeans' concept. If another group releases an interesting game concept, I'm not against the idea to recreate that too.

Can you tell me when was the last time you played before? And did anyone else experience this in the last few days? 

The updates shouldn't reset the scores by themselves, at least I try my best to make it so, but there've been instances when the save files got lost unexpectedly. I'm so sorry to hear it keeps happening apparently... In the next update (which'll come out very soon) I developed a cloud save feature to save the progress more securely and hopefully it'll solve this problem at last and you'll always have a backup.

Hi! We keep adding content to the game with updates, including new outfits. (next update is planned for january). Making new backgrounds requires significantly more work to draw all the parts, but it's possible that it'll happen - and I like the idea too.

Merry Christmas! I'll include more saving options for the next update to improve it, I know the saving is important (especially for the new upcoming stuff )😉

Yes, I released it in September, you can play it on the web. the 3rd update that came out to it two weeks ago (this post).

Yeah, sadly they changed something with website configuration a while back, and it lost access to the old savefiles. Sorry for this :( I hope they won't do it again. I'm currently looking for possible ways to secure the savefiles more.

I was made aware of this issue, and fixed it a few days ago. Is it still not working correctly for you? Just tested it here and everything seems fine.
