2 and a bit days to go and I only just found out this jam was on. probably too late to start, as it's sunday afternoon here ... oh well, neext time :(

i like it, but it would be nicer if it got progressively harder/faster. it seems like it would just go on forever

How long did it take you to make?

3 hours of dev, Plus another hour of browsing opengameart.org looking for inspiration. don't expect to find your true love when the theme is "dead last"

Nice looking game, however I found it very difficult to control (windows). holding down left or right arrow means I absolutely zoom off the screen when i jump

if you click both X buttons, the game is stuck and have to refresh the page and start over.

heads up: it's on mouse up, not mouse down. 
I feel it would play nice on mouse down.

super fun

spent 45minutes in GIMP just chopping up donkey parts. because of this.. no sound effects, and very basic UI. silly me.

cant play  the htm5 version. it looks like the itch.io canvas size is smaller than the index.html canvas size

nice game. you should make the little faces go scaredy if they start falling

What wasn't tight for you? I purposely has no double-flap (i.e. cant flap if flap is already in progress) ... and yeah... backgrounds were a thing. next bitterjam i'll do more! thanks for playing

at lvl 8 its very fast ... nice game tho!

it took me a minute to suss it out (without reading your docs) but ended up playing for 20 minutes... addictive!

yeah i have all the kenny stuff, but not the style im after. ill use some of the lpc art from opengameart i think.

Go on then. I might be inspired to get something working if I actually commit to something that someone else acknowledges.

since i just dealt to a mini-ant invasion in my wall, I'm thinking something like an insect colony type game. There, ok I said it. now I gotta make it.

will be using http://opengameart.org/ gfx unless there's a spare 2d artist who wants to whip up some:

queen idle animations + egg laying animation
egg growing/hatching animation
worker/drone insect type thing

using chrome, the initial navigation (comic strip) doesnt work unless I go into full screen mode. works fine once actually in teh game

nice! very cool

One bug i've noticed, if you dont use the supplies right away, new ones can stack on top... which makes it hard to know what you are placing. being able to return an item back on the bottom bar after you select it would be nice too (especially if you are unfamiliar with the unit ranges)

Hi folks. I was planning to post dev logs of my current project but haven't used itch before... so what better way to get familiar with it than publishing something i finished last year.

Knucklebone! A new take on match-3 puzzles... 70 levels of varying difficulty... some super hard, some super easy. (webgl available as well as free iOS/Android available from the app stores)

Here's a quick video of it, but the video's not too hot:

If it looks slightly up your alley, you might find the actual game is more appealing than the video ... so I invite you to give it a go.
