I learned how to do a dialog manager in godot for most of my needs in our minigame based game, and designed a menu I sort of envisioned. I used audacity to make a couple sound effects, which I never did before, so I just, messed around with it. Also I never used github in a collaborative way before, and even less with Godot. Lastly, since it was my first time using Godot, I learned a lot of 2D components and how to use them. Ah, yeah, I also learned how to make my game pixel perfect.

I really wanted the feedback from the judges since it was our first gamejam and work and other things were in the middle so it was hard to use time better, but I am glad still since I learned a lot of Godot, just a tad bit sad I missed things in the last minute even if our prototype was really incomplete...

I don't think my submit made it in sadly... When I wanted to submit, itch.io sent me to make my project public because you can't make it public the first time (or at least it didn't let me). I am sad because still wanted the feedback from the judges, since I know we (my mate and I) are missing a lot of polishing specially in one of the only two minigames.

No problem, it didn't take too long haha C:

I am glad too that dev creddited everything, because it's always interesting to find new and obscure music just soundtrack artists, I agree that is a great song, and aside from that,  for me it fits so seamlessly with the whole vibe of the VN too.

I wasn't familiar with that term either, although certainly recognize games that use this concept on a certain degree, like the original Starfox, Chibi-robo or Animal Crossing. I guess Splatoon too, but I am not sure if the language spoken there is semantic-free.

Sorry for the late reply, I actually had to dig in inside the .xp3 files, to find the song and it's file name.

The origin of the song is from one of the websites listed in the readme called oo39 dot com, the game has many songs from there and the intro is one of them, the only thing I could find aside from that, is that is called "YS174", no artist, or the source of the vocoder voice, or anything unfortunately.

Also, interestingly, there wasn't any need to credit even the song, so I suppose Dendo just wanted to be sure to credit everything.

EDIT: Nevermind, if you don't pay for the "premium" service of that website you need to credit the song, so it's actually free to use too, with obligatory crediting+link I think.

Many of the links are for other ambience songs I believe, with their sources since most of them are from "free to use". Anyways here are the OP and the ED credited at the end of the webpage den2do.com/trial.html

EDIT: I will have to reinstall the game and check about the one you asked for, that one might be missing for some reason.

Is there a 4th episode coming? Episode III was pretty good...

I am not sure right now because I don't have the game installed, but I am pretty sure there was a .txt file inside the game folder that contained every song name.
