Hello everyone, I want to address all the administrators and moderators of this site. I don't understand why I am consistently being ignored by support and why my account seems to be so disliked by the administration. I uploaded my third game to this wonderful site, and there was some delay in indexing my new game, even though it was just as free and devoid of adult content as my previous two games. I decided to reach out in the support section about this issue, and at first, I was told to wait. After some time, my account started to be suspected of some kind of manipulation, suggesting that I uploaded my games from other accounts, even though I have always had and still have only one account on this site. But apparently, the administration disregarded me and didn't bother investigating. Instead, they simply deindexed my account and my games. Thank you very much.

Then I was told to email support, so I wrote them several emails, but I haven't received a response for two weeks now. So, here's my question: what crime did I commit? I just want to bring attention to this situation. Please give me a clear answer to this situation and don't hide behind support that simply ignores me. If the administrators of this site don't want to see me and my games here, okay, just tell me, and I'll go to another platform. But why treat me like this? I simply wanted people to play my new game and give their feedback. I don't even ask for donations for this. Maybe I'm missing something here.

I do not understand what the problem is, after downloading my 3 games, my account and games were de-indexed without explanation, the administration does not respond to itch io itself and does not respond to mail support, I never violated any rules, all games were without adult content and just free, so why were they so angry at me?

Why were all my games removed from the search? There were no problems with them, they were indexed and have not changed for a long time, but I posted the 3rd game and some problems started, I do not know, but apparently the administration suspects me of something, although I did not do anything illegal, and my 3rd game is the most common

I really don't understand what's going on, why my games have been removed from the search and why my new game is being restricted. I have never uploaded my games to other accounts or platforms, except for this one. There have been cases when people uploaded my games to their pages, but I reported this to support, and my previous two games were indexed without any problems. Sorry if I'm asking too many silly questions, I just want to understand this because I uploaded 2 games before without any problems.

I have not created other accounts, this account is the only one on which I post games, all my games are made by me and are not distributed by me to other sites. The only thing I did was completely reload the project to my page, because I thought it was lost and not indexed, maybe it was a mistake
