For a small web game graphics and animation is good. For your upgrades it would make more sent to change your prices and benefits to vertical instead of horizontal. So your buying first level of Hammer,water anvil then 2nd level instead of buying all 3 levels of hammer then all 3 levels of water, so on. Next I would suggest animation of customers and some upgrades to go with them.

First not sure what your scaling the graphics on but some places like battle screen it hangs off the left side of monitor. There are no back or exit buttons on most of the Screens such as shop or house(tho Escape works if you hit it enought times). In the shop the buy items screen over laps the characters so you can't buy defeense, I don't know if there is a speed upgrade or anythinge else since can only make out the edge of the defense choice. In combat when it's your turn the Monsters turns still keep on rolling so if you Slow i n the least or trying to choose a skill you can get beat to death before you ever have time to make the first move. This should be stopped specially if your forced to choose your attacks and skills then targets every time. Once you get money for the reward items in the shop.. even in the house there is no discription of what effect if any they give.
