Note: i don't want to delete my account but i have some question related to it.

As far as i know anyone anytime can delete their itch.io account once done the account and it's content is no longer accessible.

what i want to know is:

1-if i purchase a game and the author/owner of the game want to delete his account what happen to the game? will it be removed from my library?(regardless if it was paid or free).

2-are there any extra step that i don't know about?

Let me give a more clear detailed answer.

No there aren't anything similar to steam workshop on itch.io for the following reasons:

1-On itch anyone can view/download a game even if not registered with an account unlike steam where you can only view game page but in order to download/play you need to do that through steam platform witch will require a steam account so anyone will user steam workshop is register and can be tracked if tried anything malicious itch.io on the other hand since anyone can view/download a game that mean anyone can user the map editor in your game and this can be a security flaw.

2-On steam to play the game the steam platform must be  open on your device so the steam API can be initialized on itch.io however you can play the game without having the itch app witch if your game has dependency on itch app it will not function properly.

there is something you can do but not sure it will satisfy you can make a separated page on itch and put it under the "Game-mod" category and make any map made by the user pass through you(tell them to send you the map so you can approve it then upload it on that page) hope this is helpful

Very well this is my Personal Opinion.

In general using Assets from other people that you are allowed to use(paid or free)  is ok however many developers use assets from others as a shortcut Example" A  small team of 3 people but they have no artist so they used an asset they found on the asset store that do the job"

As a Gamer and a Developer i do understand people using assets in their game however I'm not ok with people just get multiple assets put them together and release a game without any effort those are lazy/greedy developers that are looking for quick money without effort.

I did look at your games and the moment i saw the Cover images is the moment i know the assets you used

For Zombie Operation you used Synty Studio Zombie Asset and you used a FPS with weapon controller that are available on the asset store(I tried the game)i notice you make a Damage System/Wave System/Menu/UI you did put some work on it so i say "It is OK" Since it is your first game good job

For Battle of the wild West you also used Synty Studio Western Asset and i think you used either Modular engine or Advance FPS and Photon(PUN2).

Again it is clear that you put some effort in the game not just smash some assets together and call it a game.

you are In the OK Zone(For me).

Just like "no Time to play" said they don't work in the weekend, so you can say yes it will be delayed few days i think. And if your game is release for more than 10 days  you can create a Topic(like what most of the creators doing) here and they might answer you, If your game has any issues you have to contact support

simply go to your game link then add "/rate" to it. This will open a Web site with the rating options

So I suppose it is best to make my own Achievement, User Name ,etc... by my own

I want to know if Itch has a Tool for game Developer and publishers same as Steamwork to integrate with the Itch App

Example: making an achievement System, rating, hours played,or using the User current Profile name.

is there any tool kit?

thanks

ok how to do that is there a Specific tag or by the meta data?

and how much it will effect the game visibility i assume a game with a Gore system should be NSFW thanks

I want to know how will my game be marked as adult content, and as far as i know having your game marked as adult content will limit it's visibility. having Sex screenshot or porn will mark the game as adult content(NSFW) but what about other content like high level of blood or Gore.

to make it simple I'm working on a FPS horror game and my game contain to much Blood and  uses a sophisticated gore system. A powerful finishing blow can rip a part of the enemy right out of him, while critically over damaging an opponent literally blows them to pieces, with limbs flying across the room and sticking to the walls.

thanks for help.

Isn't the best to ask a lawyer from current country.

Each state in the US have different law's you can say they are 90% similar with few differences, other country's have different law's as well and each treat copyright different(In Russia and China there are no copyright Law's you can simply take a game and make an exact clone of it and no one will bother you, if you want to sue someone he will be under the Law's of the current country he's In)i can't give any advice else than go ask a lawyer.
