I stopped checking this post, but happened upon checking it and saw your comments. I love the fact I was able to create something that got you so personally worked up and offendend at. Definitely made the project a lot more worthwhile, especially since there is nothing you can do about it.

Hello, I have created one visual novel (Acadia University) and released it just around 6-8 months ago. I am hoping to continue exploring visual novel creation by creating another adult-oriented game.
For my next game, I am seeking someone to collaborate with on writing, character design, and plot design (English only). I have an overall plot/setting, as well as a majority of the characters, but I'm struggling with the best way to put everything together in something that is fun and engaging. For example, I am looking to include a little more player engagement as well as more significant branches. I am not open to changing ideas/settings, but some of the characters still have room for development. I have several rough concepts/artworks done of characters and scenes for inspiration (Note: none of these are final or will be used in-game).
My idea centers around an all-female professional wrestling league (think the presentation of something like the WWE, but authentic/competitive wrestling). The main character is a young man fresh out of high school that applies to various wrestling tournaments, and due to an oversight both by himself and the wrestling organization, he gets entered as the only male competitor. Now contractually obligated to compete, the main character must face off against the other wrestlers, all of which are way are older, tougher, and meaner. Wins and losses affect the story, as well as his relationships with his manager or the mysterious owner of the league.
This writing role is UNPAID, as I would ultimately like to release this game for free, as I did my previous one. If I have a writer/collaborator, that would free up my time and effort into other parts of the project and probably save some time. Even if you only contribute to some of the writing, anything used for the end product, even partial, will be properly credited.
And last thing to note, I work a full time career that is not related to game-making. This is a hobby of mine, and I would require a more casual rate of communication (I can easily talk on a daily basis, but I may not be able to work until my career work is taken care of).
Please let me know of your interest here, I am free to chat more on discord at Grammaton485#9615.
I'll see. I already work a very demanding full time job, so there's no way I can balance both that and something like a Patreon page.
I think what I'd most like, actually, is to take more of a backseat position or a manager/director position. Have someone do the financing/promotion. I'm not even interested in making money, personally, I'd rather that go to the artists.
Yeah, I'm looking into pulling in a few more resources for my next game. There's quite a bit to consider when dealing with that kind of money. I didn't want this project to turn into a huge effort with expectations I didn't know how to handle (or if I could even meet). This was purely a passion project.
I'm going to hash out my next game more, try to scope out more talent and what it would cost to bring them in. Once I have all that I can put it to fundraising, but we'll see, as I'm told my next idea may not exactly sit well with some sites (non-consensual content).
Sorry! This is the full game.
I received feedback from testers that it was indeed short, but for my first project I was not intending for anything to be long or complicated. I simply didn't have the budget or experience yet. The next project I'm trying to work on though is definitely intending to be longer.
Hello everyone!
I'm proud to release my first ever adult visual novel Acadia University.

This is my first project, and as such, I decided to release it for free. I really wanted to put emphasis on high quality and presentation, and I hope it shows. It's about you, the player, on your first day at a private, prestigious university...that happens to be filled with all kinds of sexy women. How your first few days go ultimately depend on your decisions, but you better be careful: the headmistress has taken a big interest in you.
I've already got new ideas in the mix, and am hoping to really expand on what I learned regarding visual novels and their presentation. But that's all I can really say for now!
