I checked in with my son about that area, as it's something I never came close to finding or accomplishing - he says that he's amazed that people have even found it, and that there isn't anything as special there as one would hope. I can't say much more as I've never seen it. He does seem sincere that there isn't anything there other than the fact that you found it. Sorry to disappoint! Hopefully you've gotten some pleasure from the rest of the game.

How are you making out? If you get stuck, the Discord is really lousy with people that are 100%ing the game, or making the attempt anyway. I can try to dig up the link if you haven't seen it elsewhere.
When my son first explained that this is the solution to that situation I was like... savage. But as an 80s kid, I can appreciate this being the solution to all my old games.

Hey, thanks for the feedback - a 4K monitor is way outside our experience, so we haven't tested on anything that high. But now maybe this is something I should put in the budget so we can test for these cases that will likely become the norm going forward.
Just curious if you've tried just straight up changing the resolution of the monitor to something smaller? I know it will make your eyes buggy, but it might work better?
Can you share what monitor you're using, in case we do go shopping?
He should have discussed the undocumented fact that you can use a gamepad as an alternative option. If you go to the options screen and click your gamepad buttons, it will show you the appropriate mappings! I'm surprised that there aren't more Z/Y issues for people using the German keyboard! Let us know if you find the Quertz keyboard in the actual game :

He actually heard about the Qwertz keyboard and thought it was so interesting that there is an Easter Egg Qwertz keyboard hidden in No Anglerfish! He wonders if you could try the "Y" key and report back. Also, maybe gently try a few other keys and see if it's a weird mapping issue. He really wants to work through this. Just tried it again, and there were full credits before fading to black. I am really sorry that it didn't do that for you... Not sure how easy it would be to debug this issue, but I'll do what I can!
Really?! I'm going to have to check that out! There's suppose to be a line effect with credits that fade to black over the course of a couple of minutes... My apologies if there's a bug there.
My son and I have spent several months coding this complete adventure/mystery/puzzle game. Check it out and let us know what you think or if you have any suggestions for how to improve it. He's really excited to see people enjoying all his hard work.
