After a few massage lessons with Karli, you go back to have the next one, she acknowledged but instead of starting the lesson, you go back to dowtown. After triggering the Black Cash plotline, the following Priscilla plotline fails in the moment you're getting a message from Priscilla after the weird call from Gustav.

Hi, I eventually did ignore but in previous occasions it led to more frequent failures if I did, so I decided to report. I ended up getting to the end of the episode anyway.
On Karli's, yeah, I figured it might be the case but for other choices across the game where we reached the "end of the episode" such as "paying for a private dance" or taking the bus to the hood, you usually have a screen with the fairy telling us we've reached the limit of the episode, so I thought it was weird this wasn't the case.
