Most of them come from the market on Revel street.  You can also buy swimwear at the lake and a few things from the "Needle Girls" club once you meet them at the school.

As far as I know, Sam Tail is the solo developer for The Fixer.  They post a progress report on Patreon every single week.  Even if you choose not to become a patron there, you can still glean some info on what is being worked on just by checking the headings.

There was a recent update that modified the random npc's "behavior" that should result in less frequent pregnancies.  For the more important, named npc's, the player can also gift things like pills to prevent or remove pregnancy, and pepper spray to prevent attacks.  One or both changes may still be in the testing versions, but the dev is gearing up for a public release very soon.

Part of it is also due to the story of the game.  If you missed it, birth control in the Fixer is outlawed and can only be obtained illegally in the black market.

You can't, that's the end of the quest in the current version.

It's a pretty complicated stat, but basically it follows the trend of how happy Sammy has been over time.  Keep her happiness high during the course of your day, and do things she likes (like exercise) and her confidence will gradually rise over time.

Keep an eye on your perks as they can have a pretty big impact on Confidence (min/max, multipliers, bonuses, etc.).

As far as I know, the dev has no intention of adding sounds.

There are no condoms in the game.  You can get birth control from the black market, by scavenging, or from the hospital.

The version of the game here on Itch (.3.00.01) does not have it.  The first flatmate was introduced in the pre-release, buggy versions available to Patreon supporters.

The only one I've heard of is with the nice gate guard in Haven.  It's pretty far into the game, so good luck!

I'm pretty sure tanning is one of those features that had to be disabled because it was made before certain body customization features were implemented.  It will probably return after they've updated the art to accommodate this feature.

Normal access to the highway was removed because there is currently no content there.  You can still wind up there through random events, but there's nothing to do but look at the temporary backgrounds.

It's used for speech checks, negotiating prices, ensuring dudes follow your "requests", and it provides additional choices and dialogue for quests.  If you've ever noticed that an event sometimes continues without prompting you, it probably means you failed a speech check.

Have you checked your perks?  If you picked up a combination of the nastier ones in a short period, I can see it reducing your max mood to zero.  Haven is not a nice place, after all.

Hi,

I'm not a Patron, but I do recall reading that Sam intended for the v.3.x versions to improve general world content instead of working on the next main story mission.  I know they run periodic polls on the Patreon, so the Patrons there likely had some contribution to this decision.

Also regarding the Patreon, they seem to be very reliable in posting regular progress reports every single week.  It also offers pre-release versions of the game.  The Patreon version is currently two months ahead of the public version here on Itch.  I think the communication about what's happening with the game is more than sufficient.  The development pace itself is something you'll have to decide about for yourself.

It's a pretty complicated stat, but basically it follows the trend of how happy Sammy has been over time.  Keep her happiness high during the course of your day, and do things she likes (like exercise) and her confidence will gradually rise over time.

Also, check your perks.  Depending on what she has, 40 may be her current maximum.

I'm not sure I understand you about the clothing colors.  If you didn't know, the 8 colors on the right are custom color slots which can be changed to anything you want by dragging the bars.  You'll get similar options for hair and eye color when you find the "hair dye" and "contact lenses" items in-game.

Regarding updates, the developer posts weekly progress reports on his Patreon, along with periodic pre-release versions of the game.  The version here on Itch is two months out of date.

Since the last release a month ago, it looks like he's mostly been working on rent and casino related stuff.  I'd imagine the next build will be released when those are in a playable (or at least testable) state.  Just a guess on my part, though.

Sam_Tail posts once a week over on his Patreon to show what he's currently working on and to post pre-release versions of the game.  Don't worry, The Fixer is doing just fine. :)

I think Sam Tail is the only one that can help you with scenes that haven't been written yet. ;P

There's probably no legitimate way to do it in-game, but you could probably do it by mucking about with console commands.

If you're referring to the "Alison's Deal" mission, that's actually the end of the current main story content.

The current story ends after completing the "Haven" mission.  If you haven't been there yet, you still have a ways to go.  Some of the early missions just require you to spend a while in-game before the main story continues.

The 10/10 intel route is one of many ways to complete the Haven scenario.  There are several locations where you can gain intel (either eavesdropping or searching).  You'll need to visit all of them multiple times to complete that branch of the mission.

Male Origin doesn't lock you out of the starting perks, it's just something of an "adjustment period" while you get used to being in a female body.  After an extended period in-game (several weeks?), you'll eventually fully accept your new life and be presented with the same list of "starting" perks.

You can get it as one of the starting perks or through a new beach event in the latest Patreon version.

It sounds like you picked up the "Commando" perk, either by taking Exhibitionist, or choosing not to wear underwear for several days in a row.  As far as I know, there's no way currently to remove this perk without editing game files.

Based on player feedback, the dev mentioned he might revisit how this perk functions in the future.
