I found this outside of the game jam - really nice game, very charming and well polished!

Definitely a unique implementation of the one-button limitation, nice one :) 

The art style is absolutely amazing, great work :) I was a bit confused what I had to do at first. I kept pressing the space bar rather than holding it haha. Fun though! 

Love it. 10/10 would rage quit again 🤣

As there was a jam extension I decided to update the readability of the font, thanks again for the feedback :)

Thanks for playing! With the jam extension I decided to incorporate your feedback on the font into the game and have updated a new version that makes it slightly more legible (mainly just the M's), I looked into doing a whole new font but would require too many changes at this point.

Thanks for playing and for the feedback! Yes agreed the font isn't easy to read unfortunately it's the PICO-8's default font, and loading in a custom font is a whole process unto itself! Will keep in mind for future games :)

That was fun! couldn't get more than 799 but I kept trying 🤣 loved it, and it's great to see another PICO game in the jam too!!

I did enjoy this but I found it quite hard initially. I feel like once you get a feel for the physics you get into groove with it. Awesome interpretation of the one-button limitation! :) 

Absolutely love the art style on this, takes me back to proper arcade games!

This was definitely hard, but I did make it through a few levels at least! Nice one!

The gameplay is great and the art style is next level. 

Using the shrinking as an indicator for life remaining is really intuitive, nice one!
