If you click on it while holding Ctrl (or Cmd I'm not sure), you can click Open and then you'll have the option of running it!

Oh thanks for the video! Yeah the game was more like an ambient setup than a long game. Initially I wanted to add webcam integration but I couldn't do it because of a Unity conflict!
