The pixel art is a bit inconsistent in size, but the platforming is solid. Nice job.

Great job! This was one of the best games I played on this jam.

I think a fun addition to the game could be an order system, like in cooking games where customers ask for potions. It would add a challenge and a sense of progress for the player to work towards. :D

Great job on your first game! I love the use of sound and music. Not many new developers go for it to make the project easier.

You interpreted the theme in an astonishingly creative way, and I have to say that you really did a nice job.

but I did have trouble trying to learn how to play.

It feels like space invaders, but tower defense

It has a nice, consistent art style. great use of shaders. and nice voice over

tip; Island expansion is too expensive, and it's a bit too small.

but overall, I like the game. Great job.

There are a few things that I like to say about your game.

The mechanics of dragging the red spikes are a bit too unreliable, and to make the spikes go away, you have to move your mouse really slowly to the edge of the screen for it to register, and that goes against the fast-paced nature of the game. and sometimes it does not register at all, so you have to let go of the left click, and that registers as a click, so it expands.

but the keyboard part of the game was much better. Also, the game juice is pretty nice.

Sincerely, this could have been an amazing typing game.

PC version looks amazing tho
