Pretty funny and great implementation of the idea, I really enjoyed it. The visual, earing and shakey feedback made me feel really powerfull. Also controlling the storm is smooth and easy!

Maybe you could prevent the clouds with the same charge spawning really close to avoid miss picks!

I liked that if you moved from the powerspot, the screen went dark and it was hard to see the enemies! Makes you feel like you're powering up everything.

Maybe add a firerate to the gun to make it automatic.

I like your idea, is funny and matches nicely the theme. The cannon upgrade system was a nice touch and I liked it.
