I also noticed an issue with the newest version. Healing Light reduces HP by 61 when used in a dungeon outside of combat on the caster or on a character other than the caster.

I downloaded the most recent version and noticed that there still is a bug of AoE.  Whn an NPC applies an AoE effect and then the PC follows up with an attack or ability, the game freezes: the turn does not end and other NPCs can't act, whether on the player's or the enemy's side. I noticed this after applying Black Tendrils, Cleave and  and Overgrowth.

I played the updated experimental version: All bugs from the OP are still there. Nature's Gift removes resources from a location but they do not show up in the player's inventory.

Not sure if this was intended: every MC and starting slave get 5 Universal points now.

Probably not a bug but seems illogical: Intimidating presence lets you clear a cell without fighting but you get the same XP as if you fought.

I downloaded the experimental version and noticed that there are several bugs, many of them game-breaking.

1.  During sex, when you click on the infinite loop (repeated action) button, the action continues even if you take another action incompatible with the previous one. For example, if MC sucks on a slave's tits and then switches to cunnilingus, he continues sucking tits even though he has only one mouth and can't do both at the same time really.  Same for penetrating in different positions, e.g. missionary and then on top, MC continues doing both. This does not break the game but breaks immersion.

2. Application of many AoE effects followed by an attack freezes the game: the turn does not end and other NPCs can't act, whether on the player's or the enemy's side. I noticed this after applying Black Tendrils, Magma Blast, Inferno and Overgrowth. Somehow this did not happen with Tempest and Blizzard.

3. Not a bug but an observation: Physical attacks got nerfed and barely kill anything even with reasonably good weapons. Mages are more powerful relative to fighters at similar levels of mastery.
