Great and valid feedback! I'm glad you enjoyed it :)

I love that you took your Twitter series and made it into a game haha. A fun lil time indeed.

This is so awesome! Congrats on yet another cool game!

Something to note - having a controller plugged in made the game bug out, but once I unplugged it, it was perfect.

Cheers!

This looks so beautiful!

This game is beautiful. So chill, so relaxing. I'm really enjoying just going to different islands and finding the best composition to really showcase the beauty of the island.

Here's the info and the game!

Attached are both the EULA and Privacy Policy that I would like to show before someone downloads the playtest for Super Space Club. Also sent to the support email just incase.

Thanks again Leaf!

Hello all!

I'm trying to make it so that players have to accept a EULA before playing a test build of my game. Is there currently any way for me to do this within itch itself? I've found older threads that hint at this being a feature, but if it's something that's currently live, I have no idea where to find it. If not, could I possibly get some assistance please?

Thanks!

It IS free! Just subscribe to their Patreon and get not ONE but TWO free games a month ;)

Suggestion for future games - cheat codes akin to old games where you can unlock different things? This way, people who have unlocked things and want to play again with everything unlocked can simply do so.

Fun lil game. Of course, it would be nice if it had some small quality of life features, like when the game ends, it shows a game over menu without having the player have to press esc, or have at least 1 or 2 other maps. All in all though, I get what the devs are doing on a whole, and this was a fun 15 minute experience. Worth the price of admission for sure :)

Super Space Club community · Created a new topic Feedback

Hello friends! Thanks for being the very first ones to playtest Super Space Club with me! I'm really looking forward to going on this journey with you guys, and really appreciate the help and interest.

I'm making this topic for general feedback you have of the game. As this is very early in development, there are a lot of things that I have already thought about and have planned, but since you don't know the extents of that list, don't be shy to give me any and all feedback that you have! My only request is that you make the feedback helpful. If you don't like how something feels, go into detail and say why.

Examples:

  • Bad: These controls suck! (This is not really helpful lol. Tell me why you think they suck)
  • Good: I am having an issue with the mouse sensitivity and think it could be less sensitive.

Also, always try to identify problems before providing solutions.

Examples:

  • Bad: Make the enemies slower! (This provides one solution to your actual problem, but it may not be the best solution)
  • Good: The enemies are killing me very quickly. (There are several ways in which this could be addressed, one of which being making them slower)

And with that - have fun!
