If you're not willing to spend a bunch of time fixing the MIDI on the Linux version, are you willing to open-source it? I almost certainly won't be able to solve the problem myself even if I get the chance, but someone might. Certainly it's better than letting the Linux version rot.

That would be awesome. I can imagine having a dedicated little box on my desk with a CMI in it, or maybe a secondhand touchscreen laptop for the complete experience. Only problem is the Linux version (which is what would be adapted to work on Pi) does not properly support MIDI as it was apparently not worth the trouble for the userbase.
Unrelated to the game itself, sorry. The description says that "If on ... Linux, simply delete the old game folder and download the new build. Your saves are stored in your local files, so they should be retained after the update." Now I don't know how it is Windows or Mac but on Linux the game saves are saved within the game folder, in ./game/saves. In order to update on Linux you should just install the new version and manually transfer the save files over and then delete the old version if you so desire.
Heyo, I remembered playing part of Urbex back in the days of Armor Games, so I found it on Flashpoint and recorded a video on it. It was great fun, and I'm planning to make more videos on the other games soon.
I may also do a speedrun and a 100% run trying to find all the secrets.
edit: i have since done the following ghostscape 2 playthrough, and am currently in the middle of editing my ghostscape 3d one.
