Yeah, that's why I said that it's fine if 2 sides or less are not filled out. Never stated I want dice to always yield results and for those results to always be amazing. Not getting any results 50% of the time is not "how dice work", that's not an integral part of their function.
And not sure if you ever heard of "balancing". I'm not argueing for all heroes in the game to be the exact same strength level and to always be OP but I feel that all of them should have some viability within their tier. Of course tier 1 heroes should be weaker than tier 2 etc.

Oh yeah one thing I would like to mention is that I'd ask for you to please take another look at some of the classes and making them more fun.
The balancing seems a little off here sometimes with some of them just seeming straight up worse than most of their peers from the same tier.
Or they're weirdly boring, like the Envoker just having 3 sides and all of them just generate base mana. That seems kinda lame. Also the mushroom guy, I don't really get him, he didn't seem very potent.
Also I feel unless there is a very specific gameplay reason, all heroes should have at least 4 filled out sides by default. Saw a few heroes that had only 3 sides and it's kinda lame to use them if 50% of the time you're not getting anything at all and the chance to get anything useful is even more slim.
Other than that, great game as I said
This has surprisingly become my favorite roguelike in recent years. I refused to go get food even though I was hungry because I didn't wanna stop. There is so much content and sooo many cool plays and synergies you can set up, it's insane. On my second run I oneshot the final dragon boss which had me laughing hard. You really have something special here, hope you put it on Steam soon so it gets even more attention. It really deserves it!
