Love this :D

Cool..  should have bug fixes for those soon on systems where the program rom is actually in DRAM  ;)

This bug is fixed, update coming soon-ish.

Background issues I know about and trying to get tested.  No continue on mission 5 is default function of the arcade original.  I added a setting / soft dip which allows you to switch that off.

So I think I know what the background issues are. There anyway to contact you to provide a test version?

Sadly not owning a CDZ or a PolyMega makes it difficult to test, but I'll see if I can wire something up in an emulator to recreate

CDZ is a later edition, try using and earlier original CD bios?

Which rom are you using?  The darksoft or the .neo?

Ahhh.. so yeah, made the darksoft roms having no idea what was supposed to be in the fpga file. Seemed to work on the mister so something is different on real hardware.  Also seems like youre hitting some of my anti-tamper code on those systems, which is odd.

Thanka for the bug report. I triggered this once yesterday but didnt manage to find the cause. Seeing as its after a completion of the game i figured id release anyway rather than fold it back any further.

Latest update has a clean rom set which you should be able to manipulate into whatever else you need.

Chaps, check the update!

Oh man, that Amiga version is like Shinobi from Wish dot com 😂😂

To be honest I did consider it at the start of the disassembly but then I discovered how many sprites it can push and how many colors they have, so bailed instantly.

Oh easy!!  Will try and wrap that up soon..  some available to test it?

Dont have a pocket to test.. i see if i know someone.

I have no idea what that is...  please enlighten me.

I hope you didn't pay for that!

Unfortunately it's just not going to work unless you have a hard drive and run the whdload from there.  If you have a floppy drive or gotek attached I would suggest running the adf instead as that will save.

As for this CD32 version in general, it's not by me so I can't support it.

Hey Haywire

So the game doesn't have any CD32 support apart from the controller.  I'm not sure how you are playing it but I'm guessing it must be via WHDLoad?  Are you starting it from a hard-drive/workbench setup?  If so then you probably need to change the write cache settings in WHDLoad or make sure you exit the game with the quit key each session to ensure it saves the data to hard-drive.

If you're playing from a CD32 disk I'd be very interested in how because I've never built one or know of anyone who has!

run it from CLI

Fantastic work and well done on getting it into the jam.

Thanks :D

Sadly don't hold your breath got MG2. I would really love to do it but the disassembly task on it is HUGE.  Who knows, maybe I'll start it at some point.

thanks :D

Thanks for the nice words.  There is a fix for the ADF booting issues and a few other small niggles coming in the next couple of days hopefully.
