Sorry for the late reply! This is such a weird glitch... I've never encountered that before.

Have you tried saving in different areas of the game? What area were you attempting to save in? 

The only thing I could recommend right now is to try reinstalling the game? I'm sorry for that ;__;

So the baby doesn't appear in the game, though I could see why some people would believe it's the clerk! ^^ 

And for the game title, "Hansel" was originally just the placeholder name for the project while I worked on the game! The story of hansel and gretel is of a brother and sister who get trapped in a witch's house, so I decided what if I had brothers get trapped in a witch's house? But "Hansel and Hansel" sounded a little weird so it just became "Hansel". And then it just stuck as the title! <3

Hi!! Where are you attempting to use the round key? The round key can actually only be used at a specific door with a certain condition :)

Yeah the puzzle is a little annoying that you have to leave the bottome right empty, but I'm glad it worked out for you! :D

Hi! In order to play games made with RPG Maker VX Ace and earlier, you have to download the RTP. With this you can play any game made with that version of RPG Maker :)

Here's the link: https://www.rpgmakerweb.com/run-time-package -- If you scroll down to the bottom you'll see all the versions, so just download the one for VX Ace! ^^

That's interesting... I downloaded, extracted, and tested the game out again myself and I didn't run into this issue. 

Maybe it's a glitch with how it extracted or downloaded onto your computer since that type of error only comes up when there's a missing file. Can you try downloading the game again?
