As regards Manaphy, why not make it where the egg is like a cacoon that it returns to after a set amount of time? It could be aware of all the happenings around it and when it comes out of the egg, it is already aware of who you are and what you are doing.

If you beat the marowak cult, she will have evolved when you return home. Return to Rustboro city after beating the second gym to start the quest.

I try to go to the guild or into other buildings, but I can't enter any but the bar and the store that opens at night.

We could use a video so we can get a step by step show of what we need to do.

I have high hopes that you make a sequel or even make this into a series.
