Can I submit to the jam within its period span even though the jam ends in September 2nd (Local time)?

so you have to make and submit a game in the time period given (2 days). The theme is ‘Rotation’, so you have to make your game that includes something about ‘Rotation’, this could be a game mechanic (how the game works), an image rotating, or something to do with swapping one thing with another. The sky is the limit, good luck!
