Thanks for the kind words :)

I figured the amount of trash would be a bit of a statement about the amount of trash thrown into the ocean in real life, given there are islands the size of small countries out there. I figured letting that make a statement and forsake some playability was a good enough trade-off. Gives a sense of how it is to clean the oceans in reality. It's not a fun job, but it must be done.

The repetitiveness is a statement in a way, given that, unfortunately, that's what the cleaning of the oceans requires. Plenty of tedious work. Maybe the idea of a ball rolling around the ocean could be a fun idea in real life too, just picking up all the plastic in the ocean. Though it might end up being a bit of a toy for wildlife, who knows. Again, thank you :)

I figured letting that make a statement and forsake some playability was a good enough trade-off. An enemy would be a nice idea, but I'll be honest, I couldn't think of anything at the time. Though perhaps something to do with the business dumping the waste in the oceans might make a big impact.

I did plan to have the trash pile up on top of one another, but it turned out to be a little difficult for the ball to move around... and there were some issues with the collisions with the other trash, creating weird trash tentacles, almost. had I fixed that, it would have been implemented, but hey. Maybe next time :)
