If the game is playable and it is playable on Browser or Windows, I don't see why not. I am being less strict for this jam. Maybe if this jam has a few entries, I may do this jam again next year and making create a Discord server for the future fanmade FNAF jams.

Hm. This is unusual, can you explain all the issues you found and steps to reproduce the issue so I can investigate if these are bugs and is common problem. Also, can you explain to me your PC specs (including OS used, CPU, and Graphics card) so I can investigate if this IS a device issue.

In 2023, IBM PCs do not really exist anymore. For emulators, I can not find a working emulator online that works or have easy documentation on how to make it work. Can you please add links to working emulators that have good and easy instructions on how to make it work.

Also, I have a game I made that I could recreate into a DOS COM game and I want to know if remaking games for DOS COM is allowed for the jam as well as putting the COM file into an existing game page?

Yes. This game was made with HTML/CSS/Javascript without using a game making software/engine. And for the Android application, I just use an html site to apk converter to port the game and make the game playable on Android devices.

I believe a discord server would be helpful for people who want to look for a team for the Gamejam and for people to share their ideas and concepts on what they are making.

I am currently looking for an English voice actor to voice in my upcoming game called Five Nights at Idiots (A goofy memy/semi scary FNAF fangame) which was in development for several months and I really want to finish it. The only thing stopping me is I am in need of an English voice actor to voice the phone guy for my FNAF based fangame.

No need to come up with a script yourself, one will be provided for you. You just need to voice the script so this is a very easy job to do. This will only take about 30 minutes to an hour to do this.
