Excellent game. A smidge more polish and you'll be burning up the Steam charts.

Got the 1st version up. I don't know how useful something like this is to anyone except me, but I like it warts and all.
Almost done with version 1.0 Hopefully I will get it up Thursday and then probably another quick pass on typos. Since as soon as I release it I'll get comments on the 10,000 typos I somehow didn't see. After that I'm taking a break from design stuff to just do reviews and feedback for the other Jamuary participants.
Great feedback. I'll make some edits for clarity. For example the amount of starting favor is for saying your character already has an active pact, and those are suggestions for how much based on how you would interpret your relationship. Probably needs to be a lot clearer. And separating what sections apply to you, and which are your patrons is probably a good idea.
I'm going to see if I can clarify everything without adding too many words, I'd hate to have to add a glossary page.
Thanks.
I am writing some very basic generic devotion rules for welding onto your game if it doesn't have mechanics for that already, and 12 weird familiars for fantasy TTRPG. I asked here before for what people would want to know about a patron to run a game. Here is a mock-up for the least weird patron I have.
Any feedback appreciated. Presentation is going to be weak (at least this version) but I'll still take feedback on that. I am really looking for what things I could include to make the Patrons useful at the table. It's a niche thing, so I would like to try and make it useful for the rare bird that would actually want to use it.
Fairly happy with my creative work so far, even if I question the usefulness of the project... Unhappy with the presentation. I have 4 more days off of work for the rest of the month, so optimistically 2 days more time dedicated to this project. Going to have to be pretty barebones about presentation. So it will be both ugly and fringe useful...
Have this idea kicking around in my brain for awhile, but I always envisioned it as part of a larger project. ... Well maybe it will be someday, but for now I'm going to see if I can make my list of weird patrons for fantasy roleplaying into just a little stand alone thing. I've got ideas for a few patrons already, but I'm going to actually see if I can get 12 done before the end of the month along with a very simple freestanding system for courting their favor and avoiding their ire.
Today I wrote an outline for the project, including a list of my top contenders for patrons I would like to realize.
Not sure if I can get 12 pieces of art done, to go with it. Maybe I can scrub creative commons for something, but they are so weird I dunno.
Good luck y'all
Looking for folks to trade a little proofreading. I will read your book and give the best feedback I can on your document. I am not an editor, consider this more like a playtest for an enthusiast seeing your book. I do read/love a lot of rulebooks and game. I can tell you what does/doesn't make sense to me. I can tell you what spelling/grammar mistakes I notice. I can tell you if I see any rules contradictions. If you want I can also give design feedback/impressions, but I was thinking more of a editing pass, at least for what I would like in return.
Specifically, I'm looking for feedback on clarity of my rulebook. Awkward sentences, poor grammar, unclear rules. My rulebook is 20,847 words. So if you have something for me to proofread it would cool to exchange. I feel like this is the only part of my book I cannot do without a 2nd person. You can DM me for specifics, and if you would like to see the gamepage to decide if you are interested first: https://infantofatocha.itch.io/chronomutants

Just put up my early rules to the public for the 1st time. Looking for feed back on rules documents and playtest reports from anybody interested in trying it out.
So far it all works well enough for me and mine, but I'm looking to see if it works as well for others. Also, just gauging how much interest there is for a quirky game about traveling through time and pulling of wacky heists/missions.
I have struggled with describing it succinctly so far, but it's a spiritual child of Gamma World and a mechanically closer to something like Stars without number.

Do y'all like player shenanigans? do you also think that "it's so crazy it just might work" is a mechanically underserved part of tabletop gaming? Do you like the flavor of Gamma World but don't care too much for the cumbersome mechanics? Do you like the idea of nobody waiting for a players turn to do something? Do you believe that Sasquatch should be a player class? If you are weird like me, I got your back.
Check it out please, give feedback please. You think it stinks? tell me why. You see an obvious thing that I missed because I spent too much time starring at the Docs? Tell me. I need all the help I can get.
