what do i win?

it does only do hexes, i play Lancer extensively on Roll20, its pretty doable, feel free to message me on Discord and ill send you my roll20 hex snapping tokens : )

you have to attach them to a wall and then leave the spaces between the open gates empty

i added to the old packs so that they can be used with the MCT, though their style clashes quite a bit!

next up is spaaaace!

go right ahead!

ill see if i find the time to make a video on it!

set the roll20 map to 100% zoom, drag the png file into the browser window

align the top left of the map

press and hold shift+alt, grab the bottom right of the map and drag it around until it aligns to the roll20 gird

there will be an update this week that lets you scale the font of the program!

you have to set up new assets you import via the metadata editor first

In Foundry…

- Grid Type: Hex Rows - Odd - Grid Size: 76 - Image dimensions: (same as image itself) - Padding Percentage: 0.25 - Offset Background: Horizontal 38, Vertical 2 (you may need to play around with this depending on your map's dimensions) - Turn Grid Opacity all the way down so that it's hidden.

The larger your map gets, the less accurate these settings get, as the offset gets more pronounced towards the edges of the map. With as much room for variation as the MCT allows for, I strongly doubt there's one universal set of settings for all possible maps. But these settings should work just fine, for the most part.

yup

the program outputs PNG images which should work everywhere? I am unfamiliar with tabletop simulator but if you can upload PNGs there it should work.

only if you run it through a program like wine

you can after you import it via the metadata editor, check out the manual

The mapt generator is part of a different asset pack.

Dropping the Assets for the Lancer Map Creation Tool, the individual folders, not the overarching one, into the assets folder of the MCT will enable use after a restart.

Hope that helps!

they are in this pack's download

  1. Activate Grid on page
  2. Aligh top left hex as best as possible
  3. hold shift+alt while you drag the bottom right corner to resize the image until it aligns with the grid (shift+alt will make the map not snap)
  4. adjust the map as needed
  5. deactivate grid

the easiest way to align them is to align the top left hex (activate the grid on the page for that), then grab the bottom right of the image, hold shift+alt and drag and wiggle the map until it fully aligns

Only Heavies. It applied to Superheavies during playtest of course but it lead to quite a few oppressive builds and meant the Olly never took a Heavy weapon.

Have you tried consulting the manual? You shouldn't have to load any directory in.

oh you have to switch over to the "One and Done" terrain, you are likely currently looking at the paintable terrain.

I have made the old asset packs compatible with this new program but you'll have to download their install packages from their respective Itch.io pages.

The Executioner counts as Size 3 so the Synth Muscles make you Size 3 also. SMN is a good way to counter the Executioner.

Smash and Grab used to be called Core Capture.

It should already have most of them actually! I think its missing Search and Rescue and Breach and Clear (impossible)

No, but I have a solution for that, too!

you can load them into gimp and use them to build your own maps

the .exe should appear in the very same folder

the easiest way is to assemble all the assets in the pack in an editing program like photoshop or gimp

there is not sadly, the map chungs all include a background

I do not own Dungeondraft so I have no experience with it.

I believe there was a foundry update shortly after I uploaded this (of course), I dont use foundry myself but on discord. Try:

INTERPOINT MAP SETTINGS FOR FOUNDRY V10 GRID ALLIGNMENT Grid Type - Hexagonal Rows Odd Grid size - 82 Image Dimensions - 2876w 1525h Offset Background - 43h 5v Padding - 0.25 Let me know if that works out!

thats great! happy to hear that it worked out!

Ive never tried printing one I'm afraid!

Ive counted the domed ouposts as one :)

I personally use GIMP if I want to modify a map with additional assets

The generator has tiles using these ones loaded in but they are different from the expansion tileset for if you wish to construct your own maps
