Super cool and fun concept. I loved the challenge of seeing an enemy coming down the lane and then frantically trying to figure out what words to type and in what order.

The sound design in this game is pure ear candy! Plus, I thought the sort of delayed aiming really added to the chaotic nature of the game. Nice work

I really loved the hand drawn melee animations, and loved the inspiration. What I wouldn't give for a full John Woo style close-quarters fighting game! Great stuff!

The work is mostly describing the way in which idealized, sometimes erroneous myths about the Orient gain a presence and weight in the real world (influencing culture, policies, etc). And while there are a lot of harmful beliefs that arise out of early academic study of the East I believe the book is a call to reimagine the world above this dichotomy of East/West. This game idea kind of came to me and the result was me exploring these ideas in a game format.

Cool game with a great aesthetic. I like that it's quick to pick up and difficult to master.

I liked the ending and the voice acting, great work! I feel like the lasers + mirrors formula is easy to understand and can lead to infinite combinations of puzzling fun.

Thank you for playing! I think that may be a bug, I didn't reset the internal variables upon completing the game, so I think it just locks you into the endgame. May fix it in the future.

they're in the level you find the page in, I guess you can only see them if you look down / fall off, oops!

Thank you!!

honestly, fair. if I expand this game adding like a settings menu is my priority
