It seems level 6 is the on that people are getting stuck at but I couldnt get past level 5 “Enemies make excellent bridges”. Not this guy though. I’d managed to get a guy in the spikes but I’d never managed to make it across without falling and getting stuck down there myself. The few times I managed to make it there and back, the other bad guy who was suppose to follow me back gets stuck under the bridge too D:

Otherwise controls feel pretty responsive. Whenever I died (aside from bridge thing) it never felt like the game was screwing me which is a good thing. Just wish you had more time for more levels tbh.

Side point.. While playing my 3060 Ti spikes to 100% in game. What are you.. mining bitcoin? lol. I think its trying to use SteamVR for some reason. Everytime I open ur game it tries to run SteamVR and fails… A sneaky coverup for your nefarious bitcoin mining perhaps? :3

UI is probably the biggest downside. Too many numbers. Too many things to look at. I tried it a few times but couldn’t figure out how adding new turrets worked. Maybe using hacks was costing resources needed to build turrets? Not sure. In each of my runs I’d managed to place a few turrets and then wouldnt be able to place anymore for the duration of that run. Though I’m still not sure why. It seems to consistently crash at around wave 4 for me so I cant playtest further then that :[

It seems everyone else in the comments managed to figure it out but I just cant wrap my head around it. Maybe tower defense games just arnt for me lol

Sound effects and Aesthetics were on point though

Harder then dark souls. Was fun finding the optimal strategy to win. Once you play it for a bit though it becomes a solved game so it would be nice if there was some sort of timer to measure score

Otherwise neat submission :D

I liked the grabbing onto enemies and smashing them into others thing. Just needed more enemies. Easy way to fix that would have been to have the flying guys drop bombs or something. That way I have more things to grab and throw at enemies. Just when I was getting the feel for things the level ended D:

So.. yea main critique is not enough baddies to play around with the game mechanic

Otherwise the only part that didnt feel so great was the platforming at the end. Also the player probably has a bit too much health I thought I was invincible at first lol

That was fun. Trying to find the optimal path to get the fastest time is great. Would be nice if it was more clear how many bullets I have and how many it takes to take down an enemy (6). Managed to get 6136 on my best run. Not sure how to optimize the run better. Would be nice if the hit box for assimilating was a bit bigger. It can feel random at times when your rushing trying to grab onto someone and its not working because your not perfectly lined up.

Otherwise was pretty fun. Good stuff :D

1700? What a legend. Was gonna add a bit of randomness to where bullets are shot and where they bounce off to but I was struggled to pass even just 300 in the small playtesting I did do. Thanks for the post! :]
