Ohh, I'm all for @Morlocked idea. Evangeline sounds perfect for a villain. It sounds so sweet and unassuming :)

Justinian (or it's female variant Justine) Personally I hate seeing my name anywhere in media, but I just find it so hilarious that a morally ambigious character would have a name meaning "just" XD

Other than that I really adore @Kunstpause idea to name them Octavian/Octavia.

I vote for Valerian/Valeria same as @soupwin. For me it sounds amazing. Personally I feel like it would be very nice to have male, female and non binary options for them :)

I feel like a "strong" sounding name would suit him. So maybe Ignatius or Tiberius.

I'm suggesting Tristan. I really like how this name sounds and personally I find it very humorous how it can mean "riot" considering the circumstances :)
