For help with naming, the booklet has been published and the secret origins' kingdoms have been revealed! The historian is from Jiyel.
I saw Zuan as one of the alternate suggestions for Minister Cato way back in the forum days, so maybe Lord Zuan? (Duke Zuan? Marquis Zuan?)
EDIT: with how popular this suggestion is proved, I want to clarify that it wasn't originally my suggestion! It was originally suggested (iirc) by Ammeh/nightshadengale, no clue where she is now
