yep, what you missed was the ‘dive’ using the down arrow ;)

The death is a bit long, but for those hard jumps, utilizing the ‘dive’ feature is key, as it pushes you upward and higher.
I wanted to make sure my game had favorable controls, and if I don't have the time to add a settings menu, I want to add the more favorable controls.
Please post what you prefer for movement controls:
Left -
Right -
Jump -
Dive -
The current controls are:
Left - Left
Right - Right
Jump - Space
Dive - Down
