The files are in there. I have re-installed it a few times already and I have already downloaded seperate from itch.io, both itch.io(directly launching) and from outside have no message and nothing happens.
edit: I think it seems to be an issue with unreal 4 engine. I installed the launcher, but it seems I can't launch the launcher. So I think your game is working fine, just unreal engine failing.
edit2: It seems to be related to the fact I have to use openGL to run both the launcher or your game. But I cannot use openGL on the game as it seems you don't support it (It wants the game to bake it:
