good ol beat'em ups :p 

pretty good, i did encounter a little issue. when you do the alter thing and the menu pops up you can still move and it wont go away until you go into a new room.

I really liked this.

My one complaint is the locked mouse control seems to make the character slowly rotate to the right.

i did encounter the mentioned bugs but other than that , nicely done.

The opacity thing was the reason you mentioned it :p i ran in to many monsters without it during play testing so i decided it would be nice to have .

[before reading the guide] couldnt find the blue door key after running around for about 10 minutes .

at this time i didnt know about the camera flash thing and ran into the ghost guy after collecting the key in the piano room and then game crashed.

After i replayed, i came to give feedback and then i read your guide on it in the comment section and Im pretty sure i tried to interact with the piano but nothing happened.(no prompt or any indication i had done something).

Maybe after you pick up the key the piano makes a sound so it would give the player a reason to think about interacting/inspecting the piano?

didnt stop me from playig tho :p it was fun but once you get a few upgrades you can "kinda" cheese it by riding the recoil and just shooting (holding opposite direction youre firing and keep shooting) , the health pickups keep you alive for the wave but it later got to the point where it didnt work as well but still did if you were cautious.

losing muh bees cause i chose rockets  :( sad face .. haha but oh well

Not bad overall i find it pretty cool, gave me pokemon / SMT vibes (catching / combining creatures).

but even tho i was tossing things to creatures and it said it seems to like it, i still had trouble catching new creatures. idk maybe i was just terrible at it :P completely possible as i dont normaly play catch'em all games. Dont know if there were more (i only had 2 BFly), but maybe a couple different attacks per creature would have been cool.

Im glad you enjoyed it. Yea originally i wanted to do different element skills so you could make some cool builds but time / balancing made me cut back a lot.

Im glad to have introduced this genre to you. As I find them to be really arcade-like fun and addicting. 

Water Shield FTW!!

Also there is hyper mode(main menu) you can turn on to make them a 15 minute run it doubles the time rate and increases enemy spawn rate, its a faster paced game mode(slightly makes it more difficult) , but yea i can see the runs being a bit long.

As for the visuals of being hit ,yea normal hit you get some screenshake but i didnt feel it should shake if you were shielded so i let the sound let you know when hit , but i see i think i might have needed a particle splash when you lost a shield.

yea i finally got the Lobber bug fixed after the jam had ended(extended submissions?).

Each powerup does display its name upon collecting it. if you mean the ground pickups its just ammo and health drops.

I also adjusted the gravity too to make it more forgiving, ill be posting the new version soon :).

pretty fun, the character felt like she moved way to fast , but still pretty good overall

nice game, felt the gravity / controls were a bit on the floaty side. ran into a sound glitch when you jump and a box hits the wall it kinda just spams the sound . Other than that quality game :)
