I didn't realize there was going to be a boss so I didn't refill my hearts. I only had two hearts going in. I bought all the other upgrades though.
I got to the boss fight and "ungrateful" almost took me out on my last heart. It was a close call and made the fight more intense!
Thanks for playing! If you collect all three items and beat the final level, I made a win cinematic. Other than that, they don't do anything else.
