You can see my itch page to see what I have achieved in other gamejams (them ones were only for 1 week). I can program (using untiy and c#), I can do 3d modelling (and rigging and texturing) and I can also do game design. Looking for a team, I've recently left my job and going full time game dev so would love to dedicate myself to a game with a small team.
If you are interested heres my discord: -JME- #5620
Please also when you message me telling me you came from here, thank you :)
Heres an example of game gamejam entry I have previously made - https://jamiehulkescc.itch.io/lu-lu
If you're interested in working with me let me know! :)
I am a programmer looking for an artist for this game jam. Here you can see an example of my work: https://jamiehulkescc.itch.io/lu-lu
I am flexible and can work on a range of game types and styles.
And lastly good luck to everyone joining in on the jam :)
Mac Edition of Lu Lu is out now! https://jamiehulkescc.itch.io/lu-lu Enjoy, sorry for the delayed release of this version of the game.
Lu Lu is a 3d platformer horror game exploring the twisted second life of your daughters favourite doll....
This game was made in under 5 days for a GameJam where the theme was you only get one.

It was a small scale project and also my first attempt ever at a horror game so I would appreciate feedback as I still feel I have a long ways to improve so any advice or things you have picked up on will be good to know.
Thank you I'm glad it made you laugh, it's the main reason I decided to make such a bizarre idea a reality xD. The reason for the difficult section at the end is because usually this level will actually be level 5 - 10 of the end game so you are sort of thrown in the deep end but it's the best balance I could do for making a interesting stage and still giving the player a fair chance. The jump is also done like that so you can save yourself but it won't save you all the time and become overpowered, I decided that there also needs to be a element of challenge for the player to feel accomplished by time they reach the end of the level. Thank you for the feedback :)
yeah sorry I tried batching and occlusion methods in order to allow as many people as possible to play, I tested it on my main desktop with high specs and then on my laptop which is more of a standard among machines, I'm sorry your experiance was affected by this as I continue to develop this game I am going to keep optimization as one of my main priorities, unfortunately there is only so much I can do for a jam. Thanks for the feedback, once again I'm sorry I'll check yours out :)
Yes and no, it was implimented so you can regain your jumps to give you a second chance so you do not get punished straight away, unfortunately given the nature of a gamejam I couldnt quite polish and tweak it as much as I would've liked but I am continuing to develop this game so keep an eye out for the next update :) thank you
