Very cute game, I loved the art and the sound effects. The puzzle mechanics are creative and incorporated Evil Neuro’s theme well. The polish on the visuals was well done! The only thing I would say is distracting is the initial confusion on how to use Evil Neuro and also of course, some bugs/ending. Overall, great job!

Hey, thank you for the feedback! Firstly, glad you enjoyed the gameplay and the art - we definitely wanted to make it a full experience.
We wanted to make it so that the characters visually fall asleep or become partially grayed out when inactive, so that’s one of the first updates we’ll push when possible! SFX will be a nice addition as well.
Thank you so much for playing!! :)
Wow, thank you so much for the detailed reply!! Yes, I’m really proud of the extra completeness we were able to achieve for this project. Kudos again to our pixel artist @FoolPhilosopher and our musician @13bluec for making the experience even more meaningful. <3
I would have loved to implement some more complex puzzle designs as well, but alas, didn’t have enough time this time around.
As for UI scaling issues, yeah, I noticed those too! :( I think they’re mostly resolved by playing in fullscreen, but definitely something to fix. Thanks for letting me know!
I super appreciate your feedback! ^_^ and I hope you had a good game jam!
Hey, thanks so much for playing!! Yeah, the resolution was a bit wonky with the fullscreen both embed-mode and “click to fullscreen”-mode. However, I’m glad you enjoyed it ^^
We tried to take a more creative twist on the theme of “Lost & Found” by exploring Evil “losing” herself, running away from the family, trying to keep them away from her, but Neuro + Vedal eventually succeeding in physically “finding” her in the end and Evil “finding” her place in the family. ❤️
The relation the game has to the theme is that it’s a metaphorical journey of self-discovery for Evil and a physical quest for Vedal and Neuro!
