Hi! I think  the programmer (Jordan Guillou) used Gamemaker

Hi Agent_Jo. I did the music and you may be right saying the Press Start theme is a little bit off. I wanted the music to be a dramatic theme, telling a story, a drama for the main character, and maybe this is too much thinking for a platformer.

Very nice music you have there! We composers cannot compete with it.
