I really like the art of the character, although I would have liked some background sprites also. The gameplay felt like a good start, but you can just spam the shoot button to clear every level, lol.

Loved the art. It was beautiful. The gameplay was good, but the controls were a little loose. Extremely difficult right from the start.

Thanks! I wanted to add more gods/powers and improve the UI to help people understand how each aspect works, but I ran out of time. I'll probably come back to this at some point and expand on everything.

I loved the art and the idle gameplay - but after I built all the buildings, I couldn't really tell if anything changed the way the game played in any way. I think it's a great start and would love to see it expanded!

LOL those sound effects! The game was smooth and pretty fun to play. It took me a second to figure out the controls, but once I did, it all worked well. The only small issue I had was that the enemy hitboxes were pretty unforgiving. Missing by a pixel or two was pretty annoying.
